Because our products are digital downloadable educational resources, we have a specific refund and cancellation policy designed for digital products.
1. Digital Products
WorksheetCorner sells digital educational products such as downloadable PDF worksheet bundles.
No physical products are shipped.
After successful payment, the purchased digital product is made available electronically through the Website and/or the email/download facility associated with the order.
2. Cancellation
Because digital products are delivered electronically, an order generally cannot be cancelled once the digital product has been delivered or the download has been made available to the customer.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order and before the digital product has been delivered or accessed.
We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis.
3. Refunds
Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital product has been successfully delivered or downloaded.
However, we will consider refund or replacement requests in the following genuine circumstances:
A. Payment completed but product not received
- If your payment was successfully completed but you did not receive access to the purchased product, please contact us.
- We will first attempt to provide access to the purchased product.
- If we are unable to provide the purchased product, an appropriate refund may be issued.
B. Technical problem with the purchased file
If a purchased PDF is corrupted, inaccessible, or technically defective, please contact us.
We may provide a replacement file or another appropriate solution.
If we cannot resolve the problem, a refund may be considered.
C. Incorrect product delivered
If you receive a product that is materially different from the product described or purchased, please contact us.
We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide the correct product or an appropriate refund.
4. Refund Request Period
Refund or technical-support requests should preferably be submitted within 7 days of the purchase.
Requests submitted after this period may be considered at our discretion depending on the circumstances.
5. Duplicate Payments
If you have accidentally made the same payment more than once for the same product, please contact us with the relevant order or transaction details.
After verification, the duplicate payment may be refunded.
6. Change of Mind
We generally do not provide refunds simply because a customer changes their mind after purchasing or downloading a digital product.
We therefore encourage customers to review the product description, previews, worksheet count, and other available information before completing a purchase.
7. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction.
The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution.
8. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions

We may request additional information to investigate the transaction.
